Hi all i wonder if any of you can HELP me! I have a copy of The Sims Duluxe Edition and recently bought an Expansion Pack of The Sims Superstar but every time i install it and go to play, my laptop tells me there has been another expansion paxk installed since The Sims Superstar and uninstalls both The Sims Duluxe Edition and The Sims Superstar! Can anyone help me on this? My laptop runs Windows Vista if this makes any difference? Thanx Did you install the Deluxe Ver first?Yes, i installed the duluxe edition first then the expansion pack but when i went to play it said i had since installed another expansion pack since The Sims Superstar and claimed The Sims Superstar had to be uninstalled to rectify this problem but when i went to install The Sims Superstar again it said i had to reinstall the Duluxe Edition and so the cycle starts again! ITs Vistas fault its ALWAYS Vistas fault.... No but seriously it maybe be vista also try undownloading both games and deleteing both the target files in your hardrive folder EX.) got to my computer and look for ur C: Drive or D: Drive whatever it maybe, then open that go to program files (thats how it works for XP) and look for thoses files (problem under game designers name) and delete them then re-install both games INSTALLING THE DELUXE EDITION FIRST! then the expansion,
