I ENDED up having to re- enter my details into my emailer ( I use thinderbird) and then turning off the E mail scanning option within Nortonwhy dont you just reinstall TCP/IP http://home.pcisys.net/~mbent/reloadtcpip.html this site will show you howmite help anyway
