I have been using this SITE for a while now and never had an issue with getting on to it. I'm using Google Chrome 39.0.2171.95 64bit. Now all of a sudden I get an error message that says the webpage is not available. I talked to the owner of the site and he has been able to get on it with no problem. I have tried Internet Explorer and Safari as well as firefox and I still cannot view the page. I'm attaching a picture of the error message and a txt file of what is on my computer. Can anyone help me with this if possible.

If the proxy can get it, but you can not, it means the problem s local. Maybe your ISP  Or maybe  your router.

Just click on it. It wail ask whet web site you want. It will then bring up the site in a frame. You will be able to read from the site you want, but some secukrity features may not work. Like on-line gaming or shopping.

The proxy is a a middle man or in-between to help you get to a web site whkkne there is some kind of trouble  in the system.
B.C. (Before Computers) the term proxy was sometimes use in marriage. Necuase of LIMITED transportation in early times, a marriage might be done by proxy.
