I need to connect my Ubuntu computer to the internet. I have NO means of internet besides Wi-Fi, so please do not suggest I PLUG in dial-up...
I have a SAMSUNG 3G Verizon tablet, which creates a Wi-Fi signal. Then, I have a Netgear USB Wi-Fi adapter plugged into the computer to receive it. So what do I do? It runs Ubuntu 12.04 and is a HP Pavilion 752n.I don't suppose anyone will respond...

hansberry, I don't know if this link will HELP. I have NEVER set ubuntu up on the internet so I couldn't begin to explain. Hoping this might help.
