Answer» Hello Ubuntu users!
Recently I like many other's began using Ubuntu. I dual booted with WINDOWS Xp Pro, and I love Ubuntu just as much as i love mac. I did however find one problem. Using the Ubuntu Software centre, I downloaded Wine. This program is supposed to emulate windows to run windows applications. I installed 2 games but realized this wasn't a video game emulator so naturally i uninstalled them by going into Applications > Wine > Programs > Rockstar Games > uninstal GTa 2. But after installation the Rockstar Games sub menu and all of its contents are still there. When i click uninstal Ubuntu does nothing when i click on the exe to open it Ubuntu tells me the file is missing. How to i get rid of these files?
if this would help IM using Ubuntu version 9.10 with the following specs on my Toshiba SATELLITE A40 2.70 GHz cpu 512 MB RAM 40 GB hard drive partitioned for 37 GB divided into two partitions 22 for windows and 15 for Ubuntu
Any help is great and I really love Ubuntu so please let me love it more. I understand this is a free source and isn't 100% bug free but already I like it better than Windows. Hi,
