Stop script Continue
when I am am on the Internet USING Firefox. Often when I click on 'Stop script', the site updates as EXPECTED. I have been unable to find a consistent pattern although it only occurs with some sites.
The operating system is WINDOWS 98SE and the Firefox is the last version for that operating system.http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Warning%20Unresponsive%20scriptThank you Jason for that LINK. I will now note what sites give the problem and then follow appropriate Firefox Help instructions.Firefox Help is for Firefox 3 or 4 whereas this computer has Firefox 2 because of the Windows 98. YesScript is not an Add-on for Firefox 2. I have another computer with windows 7 and Firefox 4. I installed YesScript and the put the URL for 4 websites that had been producing the Unresponsive script message.
