I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. The browser appears in the Process list (Vista) but doesn't appear. I've tried disabling antivirus and firewall. I've run antivirus as well. I have no idea what happened when I upated the drivers. (Radeon 4650 if that matters. )

Edited to add that I am running Windows Vista Home Premium, Service Pack 2. If you are still around and have not solved your issue here is a link to the very latest version of Google Chrtome and a description of it.

You do not MENTION what version it is that you have been trying to access so this might help.truenorththanks for the link but no luck. Same problemI don't know which DRIVER you chose in the update. However here is a link to the drivers associated with the video card. Perhaps a different driver that can resolve the issue may be AVAILABLE from the site.
