Solve : Using a flash drive to play downloaded games on other PC's?

Answer»

I was wondering if it were possible to BUY a legitimate version of a on line game, say bubble shooter by absolutist, and install it on to a flash drive. And then be able to use it on any PC I wish provided the appropriate software is installed? I've not had any luck to date, it seems the program recognizes my PC and then prompts me to buy another copy when it's open on another PC via a flash drive. I appreciate any advice or direction anybody can give me.
ThxIf you install a game onto a flash drive, you will not be able to play it on another computer.

This is because there are many other system files and registry KEYS being placed in the computer during the installation. If it sees the computer is missing any of the files or registry ENTRIES, it will not run or will not run properly.Just wait for my list of freeware games! Hehe.

I didn't know you could "install" a game onto a flash drive. Quote from: typhoeus on September 07, 2008, 11:22:00 AM

Both the installation and running the game would take ages because the read and write SPEEDS of a Flash Drive are much slower than a HARD Drive.
