Answer» I am like obsessed with the sims and the Sims 3 is coming out June 2nd. However i am really worried about my video card. The sims 3 requirements says;
"Integrated chipsets such as the ATI Xpress and the NVIDIA TurboCache variants MAY default to settings that are higher than what would be OPTIMAL for them. GRAPHICS settings can be lowered to improve performance."
My laptop has an ATI Xpress 1150 integrated chipset. Does that mean that it is able to run the sims 3? Everything else on my computer (the processor, memory etc) is fine to run the game. The video chip is my biggest worry. Thanks
You should be able to run it, but don't expect performance to be great.
You'll need to play with the settings to lower the DETAIL in order to make it playable.
