Yes i'm able to receive EMAIL...windows xp...this been going on for like a month.candace......what about using your system restore to restore back to before the problem began..... start /all programs /accessories/system tools/system restore let us know how you make out .. dl65 I tried to do that but there it no restore points on earlier DATES. I have a recovery cd that came with my computer but when i use it it want let me open the files on it. put check mark in "show friendly urls" in BROWSING under advance tab in internet options under tools.follow this correctly
