certain web sites i visit, for instance cnn.com, SEEM to be stuck on August 30th, so nothing on the page that has been updated since then is showing up, it is just the same way it looked on the 30th

And have you TRIED refreshing the pages manually?i have earthlink dial-up, and ive tried refreshing the page, reconnecting, restarting my computer, but the pages are still stuck on Augues 30thwell actually it appears to have only affected sites i looked at on the 30th, everyother site is working fineTry clearing your history, cahce and all of that.nope that didnt workok i got some to work by going to internet options/ temporay internet files settings, and changeing "check for mewer versions of stored pages" to "every visit to the page" cnn still is stuck on the 30th though, seems to be the only one.....ILL play around some more*newerMozilla Firefox

Is your firewall perhaps blocking them?
