Solve : website features not working?

Answer» Not able to use certain features on websites. For instance I cant use the Build Your Own feature on GMC's webisite. When i CLICK on an option nothing HAPPENS. Know of how to fix this? I looked through the settings on my browsers and didnt see any thing that looked like it needed to be changed.. is it missing software? Please HELP, Thanks.What browser(s) are you using?Ive tried firefox and chromeWhen's the last time you updated and scanned with your PROTECTION apps ? ?I Just for the info: just tried the Build Your Own feature on GMC's webisite, using Opera and IE on my Windows 8 laptop and it worked in both browsers. Try IE and see whether the Build Your Own feature on GMC's webisite WORKS.
