ACTIONS tried differnt search engins downloaded Netscape checked most settings ALL to no avail.
WENT TO AOL.COM AND ALL IS WELL.
Just an update. when I said I went to aol.com and all is well I meant the site and not the providerWhy not try a tabbed internet browser, such as Firefox or Slimbrowser? I think you'll find the experience is much better.Downloaded firefox andi nstalled. no help.
Apparently I am missing something. Is there a difference between aol and Netscape,FireFox,InternetExplorer.
Other than AOL is terrible and the others aren't? I personaly don't care to use aol either. I simply tried to see if aol would make a difference. And in fact it did allow me to have as many web site windows as I wanted.
I readily admit I have no idea how a browser works. As i said I did have problems with this machine and after it was up and running again this problem arose.
