Every website I go to, the page doesn't load everything. The background is white and the table backgrounds are white as well. The borders look as if i was in safe mode. It loads some advertisements and images. For example, on my myspace, I can see my profile picture and all the other pictures but not my layout and icons etc. When I open Yahoo!, I can see the Yahoo! logo, all text and links (POSSIBLE not in the right FORMAT), and some or all advertisements. Could this be a virus??? Or a missing add on, app, or SOMETHING??? I don't know much about computers but I dug through my internet options looking for any setting that was possible wrong, I tried every virus program, and tried to do a system restore twice, both unsuccessful. It said it "could not be complete". I looked in control panel, administrative tools and internet add-ons. I DESPERATELY need help!!!! Can anyone help me?? At least some INPUT or advice?

Please, post some COMPUTER info:
- processor type, amount of RAM (hold Windows key, HIT Pause/Break key)
- hard drive size/free space (open "My Computer", right click on hard drive letter, click "Properties")
