Solve : Websites take me back?

Websites always take me back to the main page.
A hashtag # appears after the web address and I'm taken back to the main page. Also instead of popups appearing on the page the page TURNS into a popup.

Any advice on this?Is the issue for SPECIFIC or for all website ?Which web-browser are you using INTERNET Explorer, MOZILLA Firefox, Google Chrome.Did you tired to MAK
