1.	Solve : What is a good way to change my IP quickly without going to a special website??
Answer» I used to have a PROGRAM called Elite Proxy Switcher that worked OK. But the website I used to find fresh new PROXIES is down now. Does ANYONE else proxy WITHOUT using websites? What works well? I don't need the SUPER anonymous proxies, any quality will do as long as it's low latency.There are thousands. Just Google it.
