Please, post some computer info:
- processor type, amount of RAM (hold Windows logo KEY, hit Pause/Break key)
- hard drive size/free space (open "My Computer", right click on hard drive letter, click "Properties")

Tell us more about freezing issues.Don't know if I did it correctly ,but this is what I have. 1.99GHz,256 MB of ram,pentium(R)4cpu 2.00 00G Hz,53 % free space,15.31 GB

XP'd like to have at least 512MB of RAM, 1GB ideally. Don't exactly know what Ram is,but is there anyway to correct this problem?I have the CCleaner,should I delete anything in that?If so what blocks should I check for it to clean up?Kinda a beginner with computers. You need to get more computer memory (RAM).Ok,that sounds easy.How do I do that If possible?What computer brand, and model is it?
