It seems to be anything to do with a chat room thats whats making it close all the time but how can i fix it, i tried downloading Mozilla Firefox but i still have the problem. i have a NEW virus protecter and it hasnt PICKED up anything could you please help me a.s.a.p by the WAY i an using windows xp pro Are you certain the Windows are not suppoed to close?i am 100% sure they are not supose to close, when ever i go to a site with a chat room etc it closes everything that has to d owith the internet please helpDon't chat? You 'tried' downloading Mozilla Firefox? Firefox is a stand alone browser, it should function DIFFERENT from Internet Explorer. Did you try setting both browsers to their default settings? Scan for spyware as well.
