Answer» Hi, On my gateway DX4300-05c I just got today, whenever i PLAY a HIGH graphics game like 10 minutes into it it shuts down. I have a ATI Radeon HD 4350 512mb Video card, 6GB DDR2 Memory, 640gb Harddrive, and windows 7. I dont know what this could be? Im guessing the POWER supply. I know it is not overheating because it is not hot at all. It doesnt shut down if i'm surfing the web, or playing a low graphics game. Help ASAP please. It happens when i play Empire total war on ultra high graphics that runs smooth, but just shuts down.Have you checked the temperatures of your graphics card etc. Using a temp check programme?It sounds like a overheating problem, download and install this http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php and post back what you get.definitely heat issue on the vid cardOr Windows 7 doesn't like your games ... My friend couldn't even play RuneScape on his W7, so think about it.
