Solve : Win 32 Help please....?

Any ONE KNOW why when I go to internet explorer I get a notice that SAYS" IS NOT A VALID WIN 32 APPLICATION"? and how do I get rid of it? I have windows 98 This could be caused by a corrupt copy of IE. Check out what Microsoft has to SAY: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q303395/
