The problem is intermittent, one day fine, then suddenly no scroll, after an hour or so, o/k again , tried, c clean, reboot, reloading chrome, and any trick I could think of , all to no avail :(any suggestions will be appreciated.Can you try another web browser and see whether you have the same problem with it? And, what about other apps, such as word processing or spreadsheet or viewing a PDF DOCUMENT in a PDF reader? Do you have this scroll problem with them? Today scrolling is o/k , when it does pack up it is on everything, including explorer, I have complained to chrome, will wait and see what happens. Sounds like a connection issue...Ok all morning , then it suddenly stopped scrolling, I disabled ad block, no joy, suddenly after 5 MINUTES it started working again. driving me bonkers Have you checked your connection speeds yet ? ?...SpeedTest.net.
I have SOLVED the problem, I WENT into chrome's history and deleted, not just a day or WEEK, but for all time, that was over a week ago and the scrolling has been perfect since. Hope this will help someone else.
