Answer» So I recently Updated to Windows 10 and upon playing Fallout 3 GAME of the year edition VIA STEAM I experience so much freezing that the game almost becomes unplayable. Has anyone else experienced this, or know any fix?What display driver are you using? What system specs do you have?... if a store bought system ( make/model and any upgrade info ) What do you have for a video card or is it INTEGRATED? sorry I wasn't more specific but i found a solution. If anyone else is having this problem try this. Find and open (BACKUP first!) the fallout.ini file in "My Documents\My Games\Fallout3" Find bUseThreadedAI=0 change it to bUseThreadedAI=1 Add this line after it iNumHWThreads=2 worked like a charm.Good to hear you found a solution and it seems rather simple at that given its just an initialization file change.
