Solve : windows 10 not saving pictures?

I right click on pictures on pages and click save.  Windows 10 does not save them.  Beside the picture folder there is a PIN icon.  What does that mean?  Thanks.Check in the BROWSER's DLoad folder...Thank you so MUCH!Anytime...WELCOME ABOARD !

BTW you can set that folder  to any place/name you want.
