Hi i'm using vista 32 bit service pack 2 , for a good few months now i get a window that says windos explorer has stopped and then it says windows explorer has restarted this keeps happening and is really annoying please help cheersWhat is the EXACT error message and when does it appear?WINDOWS EXPLORER HAS STOPPED so i press the RED x to close message then it says WINDOWS EXPLORER HAS RESTARTED i've sent this info to microsoft and it came BACK no sollutions available now so i then contacted them an a gent called me and LED me through the usual STEPS of cleaning the pc ect: it stopped for about a week then its slowly crept back to happening everyday What are the "usual steps of cleaning the pc" that caused it to stop for a week?
