Answer» I am running win Xp. While on a website to buy concert tickets online when i get to the add to cart part it tells me that My computer is not set up to ALLOW certain cookies. It gives me instructions on how to GO into the browser options, PRIVACY SETTINGS and set up the cookies to allow this but everything is set to the proper settings. what else could be blocking the site from continuing.Do you have a FIREWALL app installed ? ?
