Worms world party on pc will INSTALL but when i click on the icon nothing will happen. its PISSING me off can anybody help. thanks.What OS?

here we go(compaq PRESARIO c765em windows vista basic. worms world party has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will CLOSE the program and notify you if a solution is available. thanks.From what I have read, Worms World Party has some problems on Vista.
