Answer» I opted yesterday to install the Yahoo Mail up grade. I was then requested to VERIFY my ACCOUNT. That did not work as a message said I was not authorized as I VIOLATED the Terms of Service. SINCE then no emails have entered my Inbox, even when I sent a trial email from Outlook Express using another email address. I have asked Yahoo Customer Service what went wrong with no reply as yet. I now receive emails in my Yahoo Mail Inbox. I carried out a number of activities including deleting HUNDREDS of sent emails and correcting a faulty email address. Problem solved!
