Hi, can someone please help me.

Everytime i try to log into msn, my yahoo email account or my hotmail account, my computer wont let me.
I've done a scan using ewido but that didn't change anything, PLEASE HELP, i need to be able to access my email.

Kudos to Raptor.I've done all that and still doesn't work, the message box comes up telling me im about to view pages over a secure connection, then when i click ok, it says the page cannot be displayed.

That's a worry.

To answer your question, yes a clean INSTALL will get rid of the infections.

First see if you can run an online scan.

If you can't, see if you can carry out the following steps.
I guess you have to weigh up what is easier for you, a clean install Vs removing the infections.

Download, install & update...

According to what you've installed (Most of it probably unknown to you), a format and reinstall may be your best option.Dont' woory i fixed my problem, it was quite simple really. I may still reinstall windows though cause there are other problems with my computer.

Thanks AnywayWhat was the solution?I have the same or similar problem. All of a sudden for no apparent reason I am no longer able to login to my yahoo account from my computer but I can login from another computer. Also, I cannot order anything from my computer I can go through all the steps (like on Ebay) until it gets to the actual final steps of ordering and it will go to a blank page and say it is not available.

Aside from this, everything else either online or off, seems to work just fine. The only real exception is that when I first open "Word" in any new session it always hangs for a long time at start-up.

If possible, zip the logfile and attach it rather than post it.
