Spore formation in rhizopus |
| Answer» Rhizopus reproduces by spore formation. It attaches to bread by rhizoids, and pillar like substance called hyphae ends in sporangium which contains 100-150 daughter cells called merozoits. Under favourable condition the sporangium ruptures and 100s of merozoits set free and grow into a new individual. | |
