What are life processes and name them. |

Answer» All biological activities which maintain our body called life process Certain activities taking place in the body of an organism which is crucial for the sustenance of the organism and for maintenance of life is collectively known by the term "Life Processes". The life processes are NUTRITION, RESPIRATION, TRANSPORTATION, EXCRETION, CONTROL & COORDINATION, MOVEMENT & LOCOMOTION, REPRODUCTION and GROWTH MECHANISM. The basic life processes common to all living organisms are nutrition respiration, transportation, excretion , control and coordination, growth movement and reproduction The basic functions performed by living organisms to maintain their life on this earth are called life process The basic functions performed by living organisms for their survival and body maintenance are called life process.Basic life processes are : Nutrition, Respiration, Transportation, Excretion etc.Life Processes require energy which is provided by nutrition. |
