Answer» Covalent bond are the bond formed by the mutal sharing of electrons among the combining atoms like carbon dioxide co2Ionic bond are formed by the giving the electrons to other atom like NaCl Covalent bond are those bonds which are formed by sharing of electrons.They have low melting and boiling point.They have low electrical conductivity.Example - N2,O2,CO2 etc...Ionic bonds are those bonds which are formed by transfer of electrons.They have high melting and boiling point.They have high electrical conductivity.Example - Na2O,MgO etc..
