| Answer» In information technology, header refers to supplemental data placed at the beginning of a block of data being stored or transmitted. In data transmission, the data following the header is sometimes called the payload or body.\xa0Inserting the\xa0Date\xa0in a Header or\xa0Footer\tChoose Header and\xa0Footer\xa0from the View menu.\xa0Word\xa0displays the Header and\xa0Footer\xa0toolbar.\tPosition the insertion point within the header or\xa0footer\xa0at the place you want the\xa0date\xa0to appear.\tClick on the\xa0Insert Date\xa0tool on the Header and\xa0Footer\xa0toolbar.\xa0Word\xa0inserts today\'s\xa0date.\tClick on Close. | |
