Answer» Presbyopia is a defect of eye which is caused due to old age of a person in which far objects as well as near by objects r not visible. Main reason behind this defect is the weakening of ciliary muscles. This defect can be corrected by using bifocal lens which have concave lens on upper side and convex lens on lower side.
Presbiyopia is the old age hypermetropia in which the person is unable to see the far and near objects both. It is caused due to the weakening of ciliary muscles in old age. It is corrected by using a bifocal lens containg both concave and convex lens.
It is a kind of eye disease in which people is unable to see the both far and near distance object.
