What is the difference between mitosis and meitosis ?

Answer» Thank you to both of you pranali and sana ?
Its body not bodu...l have written it by mistake..
Mitiosis : It involves the division of bodu cells .It gives 2 nuclei, nd hence two cells. It goves identical cells to each other nd to the mother. It only includes one division. Daughter cells resulting from this r diploid.....Meiosis : It involves the division of *** cells It gives 4 nuclei. It leads to genetic variations due to crossing nd independent assortments. It includes twice division. Daughter cells resulting from this r haploid.....( hope it help u)..
Cells divide and reproduce in two ways, mitosis and meiosis. Mitosis results in two identical daughter cells, whereas meiosis results in four *** cells
I think it is meiosis
