What would you do if, while you were helping a customer, a second customer approached you and asked for your assistance?

Well sir it will depend on the type of HELP the second customer is seeking. If it's a small QUERY, I will TELL them right away and apologize to the current customer for the inconvenience CAUSED and continue with our DISCUSSION. If the second customer needs full-time assistance, I will ask my other colleague's help to attend to the new customer.
