Answer» Pancreas has 2 cells alpha cell and beta cell.Insulin is secreted by the beta cell.the function of the isulin is to maintain the sugar level in the blood.since insulin is a harmone it trajects the harmonal fluid in the blood which gets control over the blood sugar level Pancreas scretes insulin....
