Answer» Because when acid is being dissolved in water then it produces ion. And we know that, HCL is an acid. So, when it is dissolved in water than it produces ion which can conduct electricity bcz when we dissolve acid into water then it dissociate into ions which carry charge particles due to which electricity conduct in aq. solution of hcl which is also an acid
