Why decomposition reaction is known as exothermic process

1.	Why decomposition reaction is known as exothermic process
Answer» Decomposition rxn are endothermic not exothermic.......check it once....?? Bcoz in most of the decomposition reactions heat is evolved....thereby making the reaction exothermic... It produce heat when decomposition reaction takes place
