Why do acid rain happen?

Answer» Gases produce to the burning of fossil fuels give rise to acid rain after reacting with water vapour in air .when Carbon dioxide , sulphur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide combine with water in the atmosphere then carbonic acid, sulphuric acid , and nitric acid are formed.
When Ph Lever goes below 5.7 it called acid rain. Many Plants and animals can effect badly by acid rain
Acid rain is caused by the chemical reaction tht beings when compound like sulfur-dioxide and nitrogen oxide released into the air
