The content is phosphorous by which they gloe They glow bcz they have a special type of cell which produces light as a result of respiration so as they breathe in they glow but they have wings over that cell and hence they seems to glow only when their wings are apart and !! And appers that sometimes it doesn\'t glow and another second it glows They don\'t seem to gliw at day bcz the sunlight is dominant on their light They glow always ....reason :-
