Why is decomposition of vegetable considerd as exothermic reaction? |

Answer» The decomposition of vegetable matter into compost in an exothermic reaction because microbes need energy to break the bond of vegetable that\'s why it produces heat energy hence this decomposition reaction is a exothermic reaction. The decomposition of all that are biodegradable are decompose by microbes or bacteria .These all reaction bacteria or microbes help in break down of all biodegradable things.So,this is exothermic reaction The decomposition of vegetable into compost is an example of exothermic reaction.The decomposition of vegetable matter into useful compost is carried out by microbes.These reactions involve break down of bonds.The overall reaction is exothermic. |
