Why is there a need to enhance non conventiona sources of energy?give two reasons

Answer» 1.The growing consumption of energy has resulted in the country becoming increasingly dependent on Fossil fuels such as Coal, Oil and Gas.2. Rising prices of oil and gas and their potential shortage in the future has raised uncertainties about the security of energy supply in the future. It has serious repercussions on the growth of the national economy.To save expenses we should use non conventional sources of energy.3. Increasing Use of fossil fuels also causes serious environmental problems.Hence , there is a pressing need to use non conventional energy resources like the solar energy, wind, tide, Biomass and energy from waste material. (Any two reasons)
There are various reason relating to need to harness the non-conventional sources of energy1) Conventional sources like fossils fuels take million of years to form so once used can\'t be replaced this is why these are also the non-renewable sources of energy. Thus non-conventional sources of energy are better choice .2) The increase use of fossils fuel led the carter the decrease of these resources and in future there could be the shortage of such resources to fulfill the increasing demand. Hence harness of non-conventional resources becomes necessary for future.\xa0Moreover fossils fuels causing the environmental damage and polluting the environment so the need for non-conventional sources like solar energy and wind energy is a better choice in this regard
