Why should a chemical equation be balanced? |
|
Answer» According, of law of conservation of mass matter cannot be created nor be destroyed i,e; total mass of element on reactant side is equal to total mass of element on product side that\'s why to make reactant side equal to product side we need to balance a chemical equation Because of the law of conservation of mass The chemical equation should be balanced because it should satisfy the law of conservation of mass that is mass of each element in the reactant is equal to the mass of each element in products. A chemical equation should be balanced to satisfy the law of conservation of mass. |
