Why two magnetic field lines don\'t intersect each other? |
|
Answer» Because magnetic force acting on north pole of a magnetic can be only in one direction but if magnetic fields intersects each other then magnetic force acting on north pole of magnet will be in two direction which is not possible Because if they intersect each other then magnet will detect two directions at the same time which is not possible Magnetic field lines do not intersect each other because if they did intersect each other then by placing a compass in that point of intersection would have pointed to different directions depending on the number of field lines intersecting at that point which is impossible.
