Solve : accidently deleted filters in regedit-no keyboard or mouse?

Now I can't use keyboard or mouse. Tried to reload Windows XP to do a repair, no way to comunicate with computer! Original-went to regedit, found 4d36e965-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318 found it deleted upper filter, went back to <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/list-11333" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about LIST">LIST</a> thought i found <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/2-236987" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about 2">2</a> more deleted those upper filters then discovered they were not the same. Too Late! any suggestions? 1) System Restore to a time prior to the problem or<br/><br/>2) Boot to your Windows CD, choose the SECOND repair option, do a repair install</p></body></html>
