Solve : Adobe Photoshop Elements .5 Organizer start up is blocked?

Answer»

At the time that I attempted to download Nikon D80 NEF (RAW) files to my MS Vista computer, all went well until the last step where Photoshop declared they were in a format it COULD not accept although the photos were put into the MS "Picture" file. Subsequently I have read that this is a known problem of D80 NEF files and Photoshop Elements 5. Then when I was rebooting Photoshop, the Organizer failed to come up but the Editor does. I have restarted the computer several times and then removed Photoshop and reinstalled it without fixing the problem. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Problem now resolved. Thanks.
