Solve : Airplane mode stays on. My laptop will not connect to the internet.? |
| Answer» <html><body><p>I own a HP pavilion G6 laptop (would have chose something else but it was a gift so I am not complaining)<br/><br/>IT runs windows 8 <br/>4GB ram and 500gb HD<br/><br/>Well what happened is that there is this button on my laptop that turns the internet on and off. It is the f12 key and every time I press it without <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/holding-1028331" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about HOLDING">HOLDING</a> the FN key it shuts off the internet, but I just press the button again and it will turn on the internet. It has a small light on it, blue means it will connect to the internet, red means it will not. What happened was I accidentally hit a couple of keys (f12 being one) and now the red light stays on no matter how much I press it witch means I will not be able to connect to the internet no matter what. Even if I go to Networks and turn off airplane mode it still will not connect me to the internet.
