Solve : Can't read file header?

(for unicode file names please activate the Unicode Plugin Properties  Languages) <br/> After the word Properties there is an arrow pointing right but my keyboardwould not type it .In the message header it says IrfanView Thumbnails.<br/><br/>Also, When I download a <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/program-246414" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about PROGRAM">PROGRAM</a> I  usually download to desktop right hand  click and check for <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/viruses-727848" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about VIRUSES">VIRUSES</a>.   When I <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/go-468886" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about GO">GO</a> to Open Folder, I get the same message.<br/>C:users/Owner\Downloads/thumbs:Can’t read file header!
