Solve : Cannot find USB device on computer? |
Answer» <html><body><p>I am using Windows 2000 and have plugged in an external harddrive into my USB port. Although the bar at the bottom of the screen reads it and allows me to "unplug or eject hardware" I cannot <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/seem-7258342" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SEEM">SEEM</a> to find the location of the device on the computer, to save files to it (even from Microsoft Word). Right <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/click-918865" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about CLICK">CLICK</a> on My Computer>Manage>Disk management>the external; hard will show there right click then format you can fomate NTFS or FAT32 if running Windows XP go for NTFS after formatting the drive will now show in My Computer folder</body></html> | |
