Solve : Change of wireless network screen?

So, I hope I'm not repeating something. <br/>Plus, I am not totally sure if I have this adding attachments correct, so, you may have to bare/bear with me on this one.<br/>Thanks.<br/>So, on with my question.<br/>My wife had a problem with her internet connection so I pulled up the Wireless network connection screen by way of the <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/icon-248595" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about ICON">ICON</a> on the task bar.<br/>Clicking on this brought up some thing that I have not <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/seen-1199302" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SEEN">SEEN</a> before, and I have no idea where, or how she got it.<br/>Has any one seen any thing like this?<br/>I have (or have tried) to <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/upload-11519" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about UPLOAD">UPLOAD</a> two different pics.
